What is an Estate Sale?

An estate sale is the sale of personal property including furniture, china, antiques, books, pictures, art, etc. We conduct estate sales by displaying the items to be sold in an attractive manner. We provide tables and tablecloths to display items to their full buying potential. Our customers include interior decorators, antique hop owners, flea market enthusiasts, as well as next door neighbors. Many times a large crowd of up to 300 customers is waiting in line to shop. King Estate Sales offers quality planning and execution of on-site estate and moving sales. Mr. King has been hosting sales since 1975, when he worked as an apprentice with his mother Jean King. What is a moving sale?

A moving sale is provided for people who are moving or downsizing. Normally the owners move and take what they need. Everything to be sold is left in the house.

How and when do I receive funds from the sale?
